Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns/refunds or exchanges on any of our hair products.

Additionally, we do not accept returns of any of our other products, unless faulty. Where a faulty item is concerned, we withhold the right to refuse refund or exchange, where we perceive foul play to be the cause of any product defect. We also apply a 2 month discretionary period, where a product defect/fault/breakage is concerned where, again, we retain the right to refuse refund or exchange. in this instance, it is our policy to ask for photographic evidence, before making a decision.
